Once your form is received, we’ll review your submission and reach out within 2–3 business days. If your project aligns with our creative direction, we’ll move forward with a brief consultation to confirm details and discuss the process.
3. Proposal & Contract
After the consultation, you’ll receive a customized proposal outlining your selected service, pricing, and project timeline. Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign the service agreement to secure your booking.
4. Full Payment Required
To officially reserve your spot, full payment is required upfront before any design work begins. This ensures your project is locked into our schedule and treated with the same dedication and priority as all Milan Visual Studios clients.
5. Onboarding & Preparation
After payment, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps—such as how to send us your inspiration, brand assets, and any content we’ll need to begin.
6. Design & Collaboration
We’ll begin crafting your design with excellence and intention. You’ll receive draft previews for review and can provide feedback during your included revision rounds. We value your input and strive to create something that perfectly represents your brand.
7. Final Delivery
Once designs are approved, your final files will be neatly packaged and delivered via email. You’ll also receive tips on how to best use your new visuals for brand consistency and impact.
8. Celebrate Your Launch
With your project complete, it’s time to showcase your new visuals to the world! We love celebrating our clients’ success and may feature your design on our platforms.
