Any personal information shared with Milan Visuals Studio—such as email addresses, project details, or payment information—will remain confidential and will never be sold, traded, or shared with outside parties. We only use your information for communication, invoicing, and delivering your project.

Payment Policy

All projects must be paid in full upfront before any design work begins.
Once payment is received, your project will be officially booked, and you’ll receive an email confirming your project details and timeline.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, debit/credit card, or direct transfer.
All payments are non-refundable, as each project is custom and created specifically for you.

Projects will be completed within the agreed timeframe, provided that the client supplies necessary content (text, images, brand assets) on schedule.
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
Communication will take place primarily via email for record-keeping purposes.

Refund & Revision Policy

Due to the creative nature of design work, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Each package includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Milan Visual Studios retains the rights to all design concepts until full payment has been made.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the completed design(s) for personal or business use.
Milan Visual Studios reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
